The King Conservation District will hold a public election on Thursday, March 19, 2009 to fill a position on its five-member Board of Supervisors. Three candidates for the open seat have been announced. The candidates who filed a nomination petition by the March 4, 2009 deadline include Preston Drew of Carnation, and David Mauk of Carnation. Mark Sollitto will be a write-in candidate.
Polling stations will be staffed at the thirteen locations listed below Poll hours vary see below for specific location hours. All King County registered voters residing within the boundary of the District are eligible and encouraged to vote in this election.
