King County housing repair program for low income homeowners

King County Housing Repair Program provides assistance to low income homeowners with necessary health and safety, building preservation and energy related repairs. There are 0% interest loans and grants to help Lake Forest Park residents keep their homes safe and in good repair. The purpose of the program is to benefit low to moderate-income homeowners, and to help preserve existing housing, and keep our neighborhoods livable.

Program incentives include:

Loans 0% Interest No Monthly Payments

Maximum Loan $25,000.00, Repaid at the time the home is sold or title is transferred or you’re no longer the primary resident.
