Burke-Gilman Trail public hearing scheculed

The consolidated public hearing will begin at 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 15, 2009  with the applicant’s presentation.  The public comment portion of the hearing will begin at 7:00 PM.   The Hearing Examiner has imposed time limits on testimony at this hearing: Each speaker will be limited to not more than three (3) minutes; time is not cumulative and may not be given to others.  Lengthy testimony may be submitted in written form.
